Who is interview coaching for?

Interview coaching is for students, new grads, and career changers who want stronger resumes, clearer stories, and better interview performance, whether you’re applying for internships, your first role, or a change in industry.

How do sessions run?

Your session follows the service you choose. If you choose a Resume or Cover Letter Overhaul, we start with a 15-minute discovery call and I complete the rewrite asynchronously. If you book a Mock Interview, we run a realistic, timed interview with feedback and next steps. If you book a Focus Session (60 mins) or Deep-Dive (90 mins), we tailor the time to your goals—interview prep, a live mock, STAR story building, or resume/cover edits.

What kind of feedback will I receive?

You’ll get live, in-session coaching plus a written recap (key fixes, sample phrasing, next steps) within 24–48 hours.

How can I get started?

What do I need before my session?

Send anything that helps me guide you:

  • current resume (and/or LinkedIn)

  • draft cover letter (optional)

  • 1–3 target job descriptions

  • quick background on your experience and timeline/deadlines

Can you help with technical interviews?

Yes—on structure and delivery. I run mock technical/case interviews to improve how you explain, reason out loud, and handle follow-ups. I don’t teach specific coding/algorithm content, but I’ll help you communicate your thinking clearly.

Will my information be confidential?

Absolutely. Your materials and our conversations are private and used only to coach you. I won’t share your documents without your permission.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?

Life happens—just give me 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule at no cost. With less than 24 hours’ notice, you’re welcome to reschedule at no charge, but refunds aren’t available. No-shows are billed in full. If something urgent comes up, reach out and we’ll figure it out.
